MB&T Emergency Relief Assistance
Montecito Bank & Trust is currently offering a number of loan options for our individual, business and nonprofit clients who are being negatively impacted as a result of COVID-19. These are separate from the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) for which we are no longer accepting applications.
Ready to apply for an MB&T Emergency Relief product? Please complete this Emergency Relief Assistance Form. It is important to complete this form so that we can provide the appropriate information and deliver your request quickly and directly to the best person to assist you. A bank representative will respond to your request within 48 business hours.
Because the COVID-19 pandemic has changed many of our daily routines, including financial activities, we are happy to offer the following temporary adjustments to our products until further notice.
Foreign ATM Fees ‐ fees for use of non-MB&T ATMs by MB&T clients with a MB&T debit card will be waived. Note, you may still be charged a fee by the ATM owning company or financial institution. Effective July 6th, 2020 these fees will no longer be waived and normal charges will resume.
Cashback Checking Transaction Requirements ‐ eliminating the 15 debit card transaction requirement to waive the monthly maintenance fee, however you must still be enrolled in e-statements OR be between the ages of 14-19 years old, in order to waive the monthly maintenance fee entirely.
Savings and Money Market accounts ‐ waiving excess transaction fees.
