Not user friendly or intuitive. "Transfers" at bottom won't work for external transfers and no option is offered there or in the search. External transfers are located in the upper right under transfers, then external. No option to review transfer history. No option to cancel check deposits. I don't like this app at all. It would be helpful if new apps were tested before release. Edit, August 2023: New users need to register with the website before the app will work. State this somewhere!

Very clunky to use compared to other FI Apps. The mobile check deposit function doesn't work because the camera interface crashes immediately after opening. This is a shame, as that feature is roughly 80% the reason why I installed this. Also very slow to respond; feels bloated and poorly optimized.

Very pleasant app that allows immediate and quick responce, service, and transfers and bill paying, only would ask for a customer service request for Zelle transfers that have a hold due to multiple attempts or need confirmations for transfers, that may have also been on a national holiday that causes banks to close. Otherwise mighty handy app 4.5/5
