Follow the steps below to proceed to your document. You have 30 days after you access your document to complete and submit it, with two-hour work sessions each time you access the document.     Check your email for a message from Montecito Bank & Trust via DocuSign, to begin the document signing process.

    Tabs and simple instructions guide you through the signing process, even adopting an electronic signature. Your electronic signatures are secure and legally binding.

    Please make note of your session duration. You have 30 days to sign and complete the form, with two-hour work sessions each time you access the document. If you find yourself nearing the two-hour time limit, go to 'Other Actions' at the top right of your screen and select 'Finish Later' to save your Business Maximizer Line of Credit or Loan. To resume the process, return to your original email and click 'Review Document.' Your previous data entries will appear when you open your saved document, but each time you access the document, all DocuSign signature lines and initials will need to be re-created.

    Once you click "Finish", your document will be submitted. If you are completing this statement jointly, your spouse or registered domestic partner will receive this document for signature once you've clicked "Finish".
