As of Monday, October 4, 2021 we will be accepting forgiveness applications for PPP loans funded in 2021. Please review the following information carefully for information on eligibility, how to access the application, what forms to use and what information / documentation you will need to have ready.

  • You are eligible to apply for forgiveness following the close of your Covered Period, which is between 8 and 24 weeks after funds were received; note you must have spent all of the funds before applying for forgiveness;

  • You must apply prior to the expiration of your Deferral Period (10 months following the expiration of your Covered Period) or your PPP loan will convert to a loan and payments will become due per the terms of your loan documentation;

  • Your application must be complete before we can process it.

When eligible, to begin your forgiveness application you will need to authenticate upon accessing our portal, so please have ready:

  • Tax ID / Employee Identification / Social Security Number (no dashes) of the business;

  • Your business email address as an Authorized Signer;

  • Your SSN (no dashes) as an Authorized Signer on the account for which you are applying;

  • Your access code is the last 4 digits of the Social Security Number used.
