  2. Cash Management features including Wire Transfers, ACH Services, Remote Deposit Capture and Positive Pay available for additional fees.

BizMax℠ Loan Application Package Requirements

$10,000 - $250,000
  • Completed Credit Application including each Co-Applicant, Owner, Shareholder, Partner with 20% or more ownership, and each Guarantor
  • For additional guarantors, complete Personal Information section of the Credit Application for each Co-Applicant, Owner, Shareholder, Partner with 20% or more ownership, and each Guarantor
Form 4506-T signed and dated for the entity and each Guarantor

Additional documents, including evidence of liquidity, financials, and/or tax returns may be required.
