Penalty for early withdrawal will be imposed if: 1) first withdrawal causes the balance to fall below $10,000, 2) more than one withdrawal is made during the term of the CD or 3) the withdrawal is made within the first six (6) days of the initial deposit (or last deposit) or within six (6) days of a partial withdrawal.
