Here's the information you need to get started.

Below you will find all the tools you need to install CheckCapture so you can begin depositing checks from your office with ease. Please read the installation guide closely before installing the drivers. For best results, the driver installation application should be saved to your desktop or C: drive and then run from the saved location. Additionally, the drivers should be installed prior to plugging your scanner into your computer.

Remote Deposit Capture FAQ

RDC allows you to scan checks from your office and deposit them directly into your business account without visiting a branch.

RDC saves time, reduces trips to the Bank, improves deposit availability, and can enhance cash flow. Additionally, the software creates electronic deposit tickets and PDF receipts with copies of the checks deposited.

RDC requires a bank-approved check scanner, a secure internet connection, and access to the Bank’s RDC portal via Business Online Banking or Commercial Center. The Bank will provide the first scanner at no cost to you.

Your Business Banker can help you complete the application and set-up process required for RDC. Once approved, we will help you install your scanner, and your admin will be given access to RDC in Business Online Banking or Commercial Center. Once enabled, RDC will appear as an option in Business Online Banking or Commercial Center (whichever system your business uses). No additional credentials are required.

Deposits made before the daily cutoff time of 6:00pm PST are generally credited on the same business day.

Yes, RDC uses encrypted connections and secure login credentials. You can also set user permissions and activity limits for employees.

By depositing checks from your office, you reduce the risk of lost or stolen items during transit to the Bank. The digital transmission is encrypted, and you maintain physical control of checks until they’re securely destroyed.

Yes, there are monthly service, per deposit, and per item fees for RDC. For Business Analysis Checking and Community Dividends Analysis Checking clients, these fees can be offset with Earnings Credits. MB&T provides the check scanner free of cost.
