Let us know when and where you are traveling before you go so we can place a flag on your debit and credit cards to ensure they stay active. You can let us know of your plans in four different ways.

Instant BankerSM Voice Banking Instructions

  1. Dial (800) 608-1995
  2. Listen for instructions over the phone to complete your transaction or inquiries.
  3. To access your account information, you'll need your full account number and a Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you have not yet set a PIN for voice banking, use the last four-digits of your Social Security number and you'll be prompted to create a PIN.
  4. At any time during the call, you can press-zero to speak to a Customer Service Representative.
