Statement credit of up to $150.00 USD is calculated based on applicable Payroc payment processing fees incurred by eligible MB&T bank clients newly enrolled in the Payroc merchant services program. This offer is void and inapplicable to merchants that do not satisfy standard credit approval requirements as determined by Payroc in its sole discretion. Statement credit shall be applied to the merchant’s account within ninety (90) calendar days following the date of program activation. Payroc reserves the right to withhold or reverse the statement credit in the event the foregoing conditions are not satisfied.
