Payroll Services

The $200 Off Set-Up Fee Paychex 2025 Promotion (the “Promotion”) for MB&T clients will run from July 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”) unless ended earlier by Paychex and is subject to the following terms and conditions. The Promotion shall consist of a two-hundred dollar ($200.00) discount from the set-up fee for Paychex payroll processing, tax payment, employee pay, and any payroll service bundle (the “Services”) to all Eligible Clients. An Eligible Client shall be a business owner who is (1) not currently receiving the Services from Paychex; (2) is referred to Paychex by MB&T during the Promotion Period; (3) enters into a Services’ Agreement (“Agreement”); and (4) processes their first payroll with Paychex by October 31, 2025. MB&T customers who process payroll on a quarterly or annual basis are not eligible for the Promotion. Eligible Clients must be receiving the Services pursuant to the Agreement to receive the Promotion. The Promotion is not redeemable in U.S. currency or for any other entity. The Promotion applies only to the Services, and Eligible Client shall be solely responsible for all fees due for services other than the Services. The maximum discount permitted in combination with the Promotion is fifteen percent (15%). Except as agreed to by Paychex this Promotion cannot be combined with other offers.
