Jeff Paul

Mr. Paul joined the Board of Directors in 2019, after retiring in 2018 from his position as Montecito Bank & Trust's Director of Retail and Commercial Banking, where he played a key role in the Bank's growth during his more than five-year tenure. With over 45 years of banking experience, Jeff's connections run deep in the Ventura community where he grew up.

Mr. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Chico State University in political science and graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. Jeff lives in Ventura and is a past trustee and chair for Community Memorial Hospital and past director for Livingston Visiting Nurses Association. In retirement, Jeff maintains a lifelong love of sports and fitness, including enjoying the challenging but fulfilling game of golf.
