Instant Banker Voice Banking Guide

  1. Dial 800-608-1995
  2. Listen for instructions over the phone to complete your transaction or inquiries.
  3. To access your account information, you’ll need your full account number and a Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you have not yet set a PIN for voice banking, use the last four-digits of your Social Security number and you’ll be prompted to create a PIN.
  4. At any time during the call, you can press-zero to speak to a Customer Service Representative.
