Introducing SpendTrack, a business credit card client portal from Montecito Bank & Trust. SpendTrack is a single, easy-to-use online platform for managing business credit card programs built for program administrators and their employees.
Let’s take a look at the experience for a Program Administrator where you can see how the intuitive platform will help optimize the management of your business card program.
First, we will point out the key features of the dashboard. The dashboard provides a Program Administrator with a quick business summary and access to employee accounts. The main sections of the dashboard are the Company Summary, Breakdown of Spend, Notifications, and the Cardholder Listing. The complete summary displays the roll up of all issued cards so it’s easy to see current balances, available credit, and additional account and user information for the full card program.
Next, we see a simple and intuitive breakdown of spend across the company. Here Program Administrators can view company spend as a whole, or break it down by Consolidated Pay Account or Department.
Notifications are displayed at the right of the dashboard. SpendTrack’s integrated user experience for Program Administrators and Employees allows Employees to send requests to the Program Administrator directly through SpendTrack for things like credit line increases and adding travel as an acceptable merchant category before a business trip. In turn, the Program Administrator executes these requests, triggering a notification back to employees.
The SpendTrack Dashboard also features the cardholder listing where the Program Administrator can see summary transaction data and access the individual employee accounts for additional interaction.
Within each consolidated pay account, the Program Administrator can view the Consolidated Pay Account Statement, make a payment to the Consolidated Pay Account, view a breakdown in spend, and see the individual employee cards attached to this Consolidated Pay Account.
Back on the dashboard. Let’s take a look at the interactions a Program Administrator can take on an individual employee account. In the Cardholder Listing, we see each employee’s spend summary with the ability to View Statements and Make Payments, see details of both posted transactions and authorizations, and export the transactions as a CSV file for further analysis for use outside of SpendTrack.
With SpendTrack, it’s simple to add new departments and sub-departments to group together employees. Users can be added directly from the screen as well for quick access. The User Section provides intuitive prompts to add new users individually or in bulk, send invitations to a user through the SpendTrack platform and view the employees individual card page. From here, the Program Administrator can set controls and limits on each card and also change important demographic information, easily change credit limits, spending limits, and merchant types, along with locking cards, setting pins, and reporting of a lost or stolen card.
When it comes to analytics, SpendTrack provides comprehensive insights into spend trends, broken out by merchant category, with the ability to filter the data by year order or the most recent seven days. A record of all transactions can be exported, giving the Program Administrator even more options to analyze data.
