AVP / Project Manager & Compliance Coordinator

A longtime resident of the Central Coast, Manita is responsible for initiating, implementing and overseeing strategic initiatives for the department. Prior to joining Montecito Bank & Trust she was a Special Projects Analyst for Santa Barbara Bank & Trust/Union Bank's Special Assets Unit.

• Bachelors of Arts degree in Communications and Political Science from UC Santa Barbara
• Master's in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Pepperdine University
• Serves as co-leader of the local Girl Scouts Troop 62017
• Enjoys time with her family and participating in local community events
