With over 35 years of experience in the financial services, Ms. Chin, who started her career at Merrill Lynch in Ann Arbor, Michigan, specializes in personal trust and trust real estate management, and is responsible for administration of testamentary trusts, investment agencies and charitable foundations.

• Level I, Level II and Level III graduate of Cannon Financial Institute’s Trust Officer School
• Juris Doctor from the Santa Barbara College of Law
• Over 30 years of local experience, having previously worked at Santa Barbara Bank & Trust as a Trust Officer
• Certified ESL instructor at the Santa Barbara City College Continuing Education Program for over 10 years
• Currently serves as co-chair of the Asian American Affinity Group for the Santa Barbara Trust for Historic Preservation and several committees: nominating and development
